LEADERS IN SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND RIGHTS (SRHR)

PSH has vacancies for 2 (two) qualified Team Leaders to join our teams in the Northern Cape (Colesberg and De Aar) to supervise, manage and motivate team members, and oversee the progress of the project towards goals on a weekly basis.

 

Closing Date: Friday, 26 January 2024

Contract Period: 4 months, with a possibility of renewal

Post Location: 1 x Colesberg and 1 x De Aar, Northern Cape

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Very proficient in Microsoft and Google applications

• Grade 12 certificate

• Tertiary qualification in Management, Social Sciences, Community Development or equivalent

• Experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)

• Excellent leadership skills

• Have good communication skills, especially in English and another local language of the area

• Working experience in an NGO Sector

• Good organisational skills

• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills amongst the team members.

• Working experience within communities

• Ability to manage targets and priorities and develop own goals

• The capacity to solve project-related problems promptly

• Valid driver’s license.

• Willing to travel on short notice (to attend to project-related issues and workshops)

• Good facilitation skills
