PSH attends meeting of Health Experts as a Working Group of the AU Specialised Technical Committee o

PSH’s CEO, Patsy de Lora, attended and provided vital input at the Health Experts meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 25 and 26 April 2016 which were convened to enable health experts to examine and recommend the key health policy instruments that will be considered by the Ministers of Health in Geneva and subsequently by the AU Assembly in July 2016 in Kigali.

The below documents were considered during the meeting:

• Africa Health Strategy (2016-2030);

• Catalytic Framework to end AIDS, TB and Eliminate Malaria in Africa by 2030;

• Maputo Plan of Action (2016- 2030);

• Africa's Common Position to the UN General Assembly Special Session High Level

• Meeting on AIDS, June 2016;

• African Health Volunteers Corps Report of the Secretariat.
